The Ammartia Ignite show which was held on the 30th of Nov at Glamis Arena was a huge success, it was a blast.
The show is part of Ammara Brown’s SADC tour, l would sound deranged if l were to criticize the show.
The turn out was as you would expect it, given that the show’s date had to be pushed further due to the outbreak of cholera. Tamy Moyo came and ripped the stage apart, l have to say, she is a terrific performer, she really has the energy and connects with the crowd.

Award winning dancer and choreographer John Cole came with his Cole Nation and proved why he deserves all the accolades to his name, but firstly he gave us a surprise guest. His son opened up for daddy and all l can say is, the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Takura gave a performance which just left us saying “OKAY, OKAY.” Mr Putiti and his Military Touch counterparts Dj Tamuka, Nutty O and the dancers weren’t nothing short of amazing. Winky D came and proved why he is the Bigman, having the crowd sing along all his yesteryear hits.

The Barefoot goddess, the Queen of the night Ammara Brown then came on stage and honestly l do not have the words to really express or tell you how phenomenal her performance was!. She has this crazy and ample stage energy, its like something just comes and takes over her body while she is on stage.
She was later on joined on stage by her sister Chengeto to perform their smash hit ‘Whatchyu Want.’
“The show was awesome! What a beautiful memory! The Ammartians has such a great time from start to finish. And I was so proud of the performances all the artists and my team put on. I couldn’t be more proud.
Lol!! I’m not sure when the next Ammartia Ignite will be, but the show made me feel like it could be an annual event of sorts. I’ll see how I feel about it later!.
You can expect new goodies in January. I’m still trying to decide which song to go with because I think we have 3 too many really good songs. One of them featuring Nigeria’s Patoranking,” said Ammara Brown.
