If you haven’t watched Tamy’s new music video titled Tekere well, man what are you really watching?.
Tamy Moyo recently released her 5th music video on YouTube, and it’s something l have not, the words to praise it in a way it deserves.
Firstly Tamy is in the video looking like an angel she is, she also has her two dancers behind her, and the choreography is nice and simple but goes hand in hand with beat, which is an 80’s funk type of beat.
The Tekere video is filled with many beautiful colours, objects and stuff you haven’t seen in any of these other Zim videos.
Tamy shows off her humour here and there and it’s fun, because l have never seen her with such a lovely charisma.
The quality just makes the video get the international standard tag. The song talks about giving respect and praise where its due, l just did that!.
Andy Cutta is the who directed and shot the Tekere video. And they shot it in South Africa.
“Tamys song has an 70s 80s vibe and she strongly wanted retro vibes in the visuals. We shot the video is S.a with set design done by Maita Marimo and theme styling by BLVK consultants. Each set had a look we chose showing differences in time spaces,” said Andy Cutta.
Honestly l give the video a 9/10. I truly hope to see more work like this from Tamy and Andy Cutta.
