ALL SET FOR THE INTWASA ARTS FESTIVAL

As we are already in the Spring season a time to relax and be entertained.

This Spring season one of the most trending hashtags that one should look out to see in various social media platforms is the hashtag #Intwasa2019 or #Springfever.

For the longest running Zimbabwean,arts festival will be hosted in the second capital city of Zimbabwe,Bulawayo,from the 24th to the 30th of September.

Unlike in the previous years where the festival had adapted in being hosted traditional for 4-5 days.

This year the festival has moved back to its Golden Days,as it will be held for almost a week .Under the theme ‘Spring Fever’.

In addition this year the festival will have its traditional programmes:live concerts, panel discussions,plays,comedy shows and with a come back of a fashion talk show.

Ezimnyama Arts Ensemble will open the curtains of the

Festival.

On the 24th of September at Bulawayo theatre.

While the 28th of September the day is dedicated to women as its being referred to Women’s Day.

Shows and panel discussions will be all focusing on women in the arts industry.

The comedy show which many are waiting for,which will be headlined by South African comedian Khanyisa Bunu and Trevor Gumbi along side with Zimbabwean comedian based in SA,Q Dube and local award winning comedian Clive Chigumbu will be hosted on the 27th of September.

Intwasa is one of the fast growing festivals in the Southern Africa.
